Located in Vaucluse RDC Construction was subcontracted to complete various works adding to a new roof top room addition and home renovation.
Works included installation of a V-joint ceiling feature with a shadow line perimeter. Installation of a subfloor and flooring, Frame out of existing nib wall balustrade with modification of an existing timber hand rail and new hand rail feature.
Other works also included hallway door architrave features and framing timber work.
Topping of the project in Vaucluse an aluminium batten system was installed around the entire perimeter of the upper storey showcasing strong aesthetic appeal while providing shade for the home.
