The Process
1. Once your extension or addition design is finalised we will begin formulating our construction approach and schedules. Our construction plan will work together with a full measure up and site visit.
2. We will then clarify design elements of your build, make amendments where required then our team will begin planning for the build.
3. In the beginning stages we will provide a Preliminary Estimated Budget with a Schedule of Details and General inclusions.
4. Upon a Preliminary Agreement we will move into the next stage of finalising architectural drawings, surveying and engineering for your build.
5. When preliminary phases have been finalised we will provide you with a scope of works included with our quotation giving clear outlines of what will be constructed, altered or demolished.
6. Once both parties agree on the construction process and costs a Development Application (DA), Construction Certificate (CC) or Complying Development Certificate (CDC) will be submitted along with relevant construction documents.
Once the preliminary process is complete our team will commence the construction phase and bring features of your build to life using our construction plan and schedule.
